Overall Satisfaction The EM-60 has a large screen that consumes battery power at a rapid rate and a wholly unintuitive process for setting the options. In practice, this means that you'll regularly have to replace the batteries and remember how to turn off the Voice feature--which will bark the number out very loudly unless you set the voice to 0 (which is off). Of course, if you have rechargeable batters and want to have the number yelled into your room, you'd probably give this 3 or 4 stars. Overall Satisfaction This product is perfect for my needs - easy to set up, easy to use, large clear numbers and letters, and intuitive interface. I bought the adapter to elimante the need for batteries, but the battery compartment is easy to open if I had choosen the battery option.

Overall Satisfaction You can only read the screen if it is within in a couple of feet of you. Even then you have to read it at an exact angle or it is not readable. Could never be read from across the room. I am surprised that the product is still on the market. (Posted on 10/29/2015)

Overall Satisfaction Harris is that rare place where you can find a nice caller ID..we still have a landline in addition to VP. Most stores only sell phones with built in or attached caller ID so Harris is very convenient and more attuned to the needs of the deaf/hoh population. (Posted on 11/29/2013)
